Between broken ankles and retinal burns, skateboarding and Art have always been parts of my life. Graphic designer for a skateboarding brand and dady artist, this exhibition is an opportunity to combine my two passions!
Through disproportionated and entangled characters, I’m interested in colors, lights, emotions and the links that unite us.
They ride, dance and mosh while we obediently stay away from each other. They question us about our current situation and our cruel lack of closeness.
By detaching the shapes and colors, I question the meaning of the lines. The color is placed like a disorderly filter, harmoniously blurring the relations between the volumes.
I let myself be guided by curiosity and the desire to explore new surfaces.
When I push a board, or draw lines on a blank surface, I’m animated by the same feelings of freedom!
